These terms apply when you use The Riding Kid Club™ website or join our free membership programme. By registering, or by continuing to use this website, you agree to them. If you're booking a pony ride event rather than joining as a member, our separate Pony Ride Event Booking Terms also apply to that booking.
About the membership programme
The Riding Kid Club is a free membership programme for children and their families. Each registered child receives their own digital membership card, their own membership number, and their own unique QR code, and can earn RK$ through activities such as event check-ins and challenges.
RK$
RK$ are a loyalty-style reward within our membership programme. RK$ have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, or transferred between members, and cannot be exchanged for money. We may change how RK$ are earned, what they can be redeemed for, or retire the programme at any time, and we'll do our best to let members know if we make a significant change.
Registering a child
Registration must be completed by a parent or guardian on behalf of their child. By registering, you confirm that you are that child's parent or guardian, or an appropriately authorised supervising adult, and that the information you provide is accurate.
Acceptable use
We ask that the website and membership programme are used respectfully. Please don't:
- Attempt to access another family's membership card, data, or RK$ balance
- Use the site in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden it
- Submit false information when registering or booking
Intellectual property
The Riding Kid Club™, The Riding Kid Passport™, The Riding Kid Welcome Pack™, and related names and marks are the property of In GoodTime HorsePark. The website's content, design, and branding may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Photos and event moments
From time to time, we may photograph or film children and families at our events for use on this website, our social media, and in promotional material, to share the moments and stories that make The Riding Kid Club what it is. If you would prefer your family not be included, please let us know at the event or by contacting us.
No guarantee of availability
We do our best to keep the website and membership programme running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Riding Kid Club and In GoodTime HorsePark are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or membership programme, except where that liability cannot be excluded under New Zealand law. This section does not apply to pony ride events themselves, which are covered separately by our Pony Ride Event Booking Terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the website or membership programme after an update means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
